This Garlic Herb Butter can be whipped up in a matter of minutes and is creamy and full of flavor. It can regular butter or turned into a sauce and it tastes delicious on everything!
In a medium-sized, microwave safe bowl, combine the butter, chives, parsley, tarragon and optional garlic and whisk until everything is combined.
It is ready to serve at room temperature or you can wrap it in a piece of plastic wrap, form it into a log shape, twist the ends and place it in the fridge to chill until you are ready to serve.
