I made this dish with fresh from the garden beans (a generous neighbor with a fantastic green thumb). They were ready to enjoy after 25 minutes. No second simmer.

I used Trader Joe’s Grilled chalkidiki green olives.

Omg this was amazing. I didn’t have olives so I added tuna, fresh thyme and fresh oregano in the second half of cooking. I also had to use apple cider vinegar because I was out of balsalmic, as it was still great. Thanks fo much for this recipe! Every time I had a dish like this I thought I should make it myself. Now I can!
