  • Perfectly refreshing for warm days or any time you need a cool boost.
  • Easy to customize with sweetness, strength, and creaminess.
  • The coconut adds a delightful tropical twist to your coffee routine.

Recipe Ingredients

Coarse Ground Coffee – I go for a generous amount for a bold, rich flavor.

Sugar – Adjust to your taste for just the right sweetness.

Coconut Milk – I use Coconut Milk for a creamy touch, but feel free to swap with another plant-based milk.

Variations

Oat Milk – If you prefer a creamier texture, oat milk is smooth and dairy-free.

Cold Brew Concentrate – Skip the French press and use cold brew concentrate. Just dilute with water and pour over ice with your favorite milk.

Expert Tips

For Extra Creaminess – Use full-fat coconut milk and give it a quick shake or blend for a rich, frothy texture.

Make Coffee Ice Cubes – Freeze leftover coffee into ice cubes to keep your iced coffee from getting watered down. This way, your drink stays strong and flavorful as the coffee ice cubes melt.

FAQs

Can I use a different sweetener for my cold brew coffee?

Yes, you can easily switch up the sweetener! Honey or maple syrup adds a natural sweetness, and simple syrup or agave works well too. Liquid sweeteners mix right in and make it easy to adjust the sweetness to your liking.

What other types of coffee can I use for this Cold Brewed Coffee with Coconut Milk recipe?

You can use any type of coffee you prefer! From espresso to cold brew or even instant coffee if you’re short on time—just adjust the strength to suit your taste.

Storage Information

To store your Cold Brewed Iced Coffee, place it in a sealed container in the refrigerator, where it will stay fresh for up to 5 days.

You can also freeze leftover coffee in ice cube trays to prevent dilution in future drinks. Avoid storing it with milk, as it may shorten its shelf life.

  1. Hi. I don’t understand about making iced coffee. You really soak the plain grounds in the Silk milk overnight. It isn’t brewed first?
