I loved the salad dressing. I used the lemongrass in a tube, which was great. Also used brown rice fettuccine noodles – amazing. We aren’t vegan, and subbed a different protein, but I’m looking forward to trying out the tofu next time. Thank you!

In reply to Kit. Hi Kit, the dressing does have a medium-high acidic level. If you're sensitive to acidity, you could reduce the lime juice by 1 tablespoon or increase the sugar slightly to mellow it.

I made this and it’s AMAZING, been looking for an alternative that doesn’t use fish sauce and love this noodle salad, it’s now a firm favourite.
