Made these for lunch and everyone loved them! Super fresh and easy to throw together. Even my picky husband couldn’t stop eating them. Will definitely be adding this to my regular rotation!
This is one of my new favorite recipes!! I couldn’t find zataar in my grocery store, but I was able to amazon prime it over to me. I’m not vegan, so I used honey and added some greek yogurt and a little feta to the salad.. Love the tahini spread.
Yum! I love it like that, too. Feta is so delicious 🙂
If it has honey, it isn’t vegan.
Ack! You’re absolutely correct. I tested it with agave but neglected to make the change on my draft document. My apologies – fixed now!
Your “boyfriend”? What happened to your husband and the renovation of your father’s house?
Hi, Duane! Husband moved out about 16 months ago and we divorced. I talked about it a bit in this post (https://thewanderlustkitchen.com/mayan-chocolate-pot-de-creme/ ), but mostly I’ve just been subtly not mentioning anything and wondering when someone was going to ask. Kudos to you!!
