Just wow. Flavour profile is on pointI changed things up by making a bit more marinade and to marinaded the diced chicken then cooked it a bit longer in the sauce. Chicken was so tender.

Love it, I used a extra hot curry powder and it was so tasty. With just a little prep, putting it together later was a dream.
