Followed this method, definitely yielded restaurant quality rice! For those that like to try many rice brands, the 1:1.5 rice-to-water ratio as stated is correct although a 1:1.33 rice-to-water ratio might also work on some jasmine rice brands, just work with what you have. Also, I used one of those pot lids with a steam release hole and no towel..had good results, no soggy rice. Family have this rice weekly & we love it. Thanks, Linda!
