Add all of the ingredients to the bowl of a blender.
Puree until you reach a smooth consistency. Serve immediately, or optionally chill in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.

Storing LeftoversPour any leftover Mango Lassi into an airtight container or bottle. Mango Lassi can be kept for up to 24-48 hours in the refrigerator. Before consuming, give it a good shake or stir to mix everything back together.
