Raspberry cobbler is a classic and comforting dish for any time of the year. It is easy to assemble and everyone is guaranteed to love it! Sweet juicy raspberries topped with a golden brown crust will send your taste buds soaring. I love serving mine with a scoop of vanilla ice cream to tie it all together.

Desserts with fruit added in are definitely some of my favorite. They are light and fresh and have the natural sweetness from the fruits used. For more fruit desserts you have to try my Apple Strudel, Easy Farmhouse Fruit Cobbler, and French Apple Cake.
