Sip into summer with a Pineapple Margarita! Combining sweet pineapple and zesty lime, it’s a refreshing tropical twist on the classic margarita.

An iced cold margarita on a warm summer day is one of the best things in life. If you’re a fan like me, then you must try my Avocado Margaritas, Cadillac Margarita, and Orange Margarita!
When it comes to pineapples, it seems like the times they are in season come and go too quickly. Well, I looked it up and pineapples are actually in season from March until July. I was surprised by this, because, I generally don’t think about yummy tropical fruits until summer months.

Variations
- Sweeter Margarita Options: You can add agave nectar for a natural sweetness. Alternatively, simple syrup can be used to achieve a balanced sweetness. Honey is another great option, providing a richer and more robust flavor.
- Rim Options: For a spicier kick, use Tajin seasoning to add a zesty edge. If you prefer a sweeter experience, dip the rim in sugar. A salted rim can also enhance the drink. Experiment with different combinations to find your perfect match and take the rim up a notch. Always garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge or take a wedge of lime for an added twist.

Frequently Asked Questions
Absolutely! This is definitely a sweeter margarita, so if you want some spice, I recommend adding ½ of jalapeno to your shaker and even Tajín seasoning to the rim of your glass!
If you prefer a different type of tequila, such as reposado tequila or añejo, you can use that for this recipe. I recommend silver or Blanco tequila, but any would work.
Bring on the party! If you are looking to make multiple drinks, in the recipe card or in your print screen, you can adjust based on how many drinks you are making, and the ingredients will adjust accordingly.
