Candy canes are such a classic treat when it comes to the holiday season. There is nothing better than combining this traditional treat with a fun Holiday Cocktail. This White Chocolate Candy Cane Martini recipe is minty, creamy and would be the perfect beverage to serve at your Christmas parties this year!

Recipe Ingredients

Two candy cane martinis.

Peppermint Schnapps – For that minty candy cane flavor in the cocktail.

White Chocolate Liquor – To help balance out the peppermint flavor in the drink by adding in a taste of sweetness.

Milk – A creamy element for this festive Christmas cocktail.

How to Make a Candy Cane Martini

Step #1: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Step #2: Pour in the vodka, white chocolate liqueur, peppermint schnapps, and milk.

Step #3: Next, shake vigorously for 30 seconds.

Step #4: Then, garnish your martini glass rim with white chocolate and crushed candy canes on a small plate (optional step).

Step #5: Finally strain the mixture into your prepared martini glass and enjoy!

This Candy Cane Martini is strong, how can I dilute this drink to not make it as strong?

If you are wanting a weaker martini, I would recommend only using half of each alcoholic ingredient.

What if I only want a hint of peppermint in my candy cane martini?

Peppermint is definitely a powerful flavor. If you want some peppermint flavor I would recommend adding ½ or even ¼ of the peppermint schnapps amount.

Instructions

You can store any leftovers of this Candy Cane Martini in your fridge for 2-3 days.
*To garnish your martini, melt 1 Tbsp of white chocolate in the microwave for a few seconds until smooth. Then dip the rim of your martini glass into the white chocolate. Next, add a candy cane into a zip top bag and using a rolling pin or something similar, crush up the candy cane. Dip the martini rim with white chocolate into the crushed candy canes.
